Routes to Resolution: Using London arbitration in shipping, trade and offshore energy disputes

As part of London International Shipping Week, LMAA President David Steward chaired a panel session about using London arbitration to resolve maritime disputes. The expert panel consisted of Sir Nigel Teare of Arbitrators at 10 Fleet Street, Karen Maxwell of Twenty Essex and Nicholas Woo of Birketts LLP.
