Webinars: LMAA & Shanghai Maritime University September 2020

Organised jointly by the LMAA and SMU (Shanghai Maritime University), this trio of webinars on maritime arbitration took place on 15 / 22 / 29 September 2020.

The first webinar was devoted to the current shipbuilding related issues and presented by Ian Gaunt, Past President of LMAA, Andrew Stevens of 4 Pump Court and Chris Kidd of Ince.

The second webinar covered the latest developments in English shipping law, presented by Clive Aston, Past President of LMAA, Richard Gunn of Reed Smith LLP and Mark Sachs of Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP.

The final webinar addressed the practical aspects of arbitrating in 2020, presented by Ian Gaunt, Past President of LMAA, David Martin-Clark, Full Member of LMAA and Nevil Phillips of Quadrant Chambers.
