The Association has elected Captain Keith Hart RD as a Full Member. After serving at sea and working as a chief officer/stability technician and master on offshore vessels and semi-submersible drilling units, Keith practised as a consultant, including posts as director and COO. A retired Commander, Royal Naval Reserve, he is a Past Master of the Honourable Company of Master Mariners, a Younger Brother of Trinity House and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Royal Institute of Navigation and the Nautical Institute.

Keith brings with him a wealth of seagoing and technical expertise which are valuable to users of arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.
