Statistics of Appointments and Awards 2025

In 2025 there were a total of 3,469 appointments on LMAA Terms and Procedures and an estimated 2,015 references. Arbitrators made a total of 563 awards in 2025 of which 83 awards were made after oral hearings. These represent another year of solid statistics and underline the continuing prominence of LMAA arbitration in dispute resolution.
