I started practicing as an arbitrator in 1995, first on a part time basis until 2007 since when I have been available on a full time basis. I was elected a Full Member of the LMAA in 1999.
I have received many appointments involving mainly commercial disputes arising under charter parties, bills of lading and sale and purchase contracts several of which have involved technical issues.
