This two part presentation took place on 3rd November 2014.

The first part focused on the importance of media presentation and how to deal with pressure from environmental groups in the aftermath of a bunker spill in a US river and the second part focused on arbitration.

Bruce Buchan had participated as the Chairman of the arbitration tribunal and John Tsatsas had represented the Owners.
